I have been having some issues with the "Colonize Planets" script located under "Scripts->Colonize Planets" in the top menu. I have had this issue in different games, but I am not sure if it is a SWATH problem, or just the way I setup my sectors. Basically, this is what happens: I land on a planet I want to populate. From the main planet menu I click on "Scripts" and "Colonize Planets." I then choose to use "Move" for both directions and I choose one of the three materials to populate. I can recreate the issue using any of the three. Once I do this, I click OK and off it goes. My ship moves to Terra, grabs the colonists and brings them back to my planet. It then drops them off in the correct area. The next part is where the error occurs, however. When the script should be taking off from the planet to begin its second trip, it gives me the following error: [Move] Error: Hostile sector ahead! and the script stops. Now, I can just restart the script (hitting ctrl-o) and it will run the next cycle just fine, but errors out at the same spot. I checked, and I do not have any "Avoids" listed in my system currently, so I do not understand what it is flagging as hostile. Here is what the path looks like between my planet and Terra: Sector 00005 Class 4 Port (SSB) Class C Planet (Corporate) Class U Planet (Corporate) Class M Planet (What I am trying to poulate) (Corporate) | | Sector 00004 Class K Planet (Corporate) Class H Planet (Corporate) Class U Planet (Corporate) 50 Armid Mines (Corporate) | | Sector 00003 Uncharted Space | | Sector 00002 Fed Space | | Sector 00001 Fed Space Class 0 Port Class M Planet (Terra) So, does any have any ideas as to why the script keeps stopping? I would like to have it run for several iterations without me having to restart the script over and over again. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks, Constantine

I did some more testing and came up with some theories. The Buy->Dump script (Ctrl-B) was doing the same thing for me. I removed the corporate mines that were in my path and I no longer received the error. Does SWATH pickup the corporate mines as hostile, even though they are from my corporation? Thanks, Constantine

For some reason SWATH seems to have not known the mines were put there by your corp. If they were classed as unknown, then they are a threat against you and considered hostile.Next time, try update the corporate listing and then your own trader info to make sure SWATH knows and also scan the sector again. ------------------ Stein

I gave that a shot, but it still says "Hostile sector ahead." I have tried taking up the mines and redeploying them also, but it still does it. So, for now, if I want to run the script repeatedly I have to take the mines up first. Anyone have any other ideas? Thanks, Don

Could you send me a copy of the .swt database file just to check what is causing it. Send it to support@swath.net.------------------ Stein

Well, I figured out what was causing it. When I run the colonize planet script (or most scripts for that matter) when you pass through a sector with corporate mines TW asks if you want to stop in that sector. Instead of saying no, the script says yes and then warps back to the original planet sector, lands and gives the error I mentioned above. I'll send my game file to you as soon as I finish my turns for today.
